Cloves (Syzygium aromaticum)
Specific:Strongly aromatic and very intensive fragrance; fiery and burning taste.
Origin:Indonesia,nowadays the most product from Tansania.
Use to spice:fine to red cabbage,punch,mulled wine,stewed fruit and honeyed milk-loaf.
To cure:oil of plant local pain balmy,disinfectant,and anaesthetic.
Tip:Add carefully,usually a little amount is enough .
